Lattafa Khamrah is a cinnamon apple pie next to a glass of spiced rum: cinnamon, bergamot and nutmeg first, then dates and praline, then a resinous vanilla with a faint incense edge.
Lattafa Khamrah Qahwa is a Middle Eastern coffee house in winter: cardamom coffee, cinnamon, a plate of sticky dates and candied fruit, warm and close, with the coffee where the original has bergamot.
Lattafa Khamrah Dukhan is the same pie with the oven door left open: pepper, orange and smoke first, then frankincense and tobacco over the family's praline-and-tonka sweetness, drier and more masculine than either. Lattafa Khamrah Dukhan is the newest of the three and the least common.
How common it is
The original is one of the most-rated Budget bottles in our database and the Lattafa everyone has smelled. It is a crowd-pleaser, and you will smell it on other people on a night out. Qahwa has about a third as many ratings and the same crowd-pleaser label; it is the one owners of the original most often buy second. Dukhan, launched in 2025, has a fraction of either and is the one fewer people wear.
How do they smell different?
The first hour decides it. The original opens on cinnamon and bergamot and turns to dates fast. Qahwa opens on cardamom coffee, which reads darker and a little less like dessert, though the base is the same praline and vanilla. Dukhan opens on pepper, orange and smoked spices, and the smoke stays through the middle with frankincense and tobacco, so it lands in Smoky & Deep as well as Sweet & Gourmand in our data, where the other two sit in Soft & Floral. By the fourth hour all three are sweet, warm and resinous, and the differences narrow to coffee or smoke on top of the same vanilla.

None. All three last a full day and fill a room in our data, and all three stay on clothes for days. Two sprays is the dose for the original and Dukhan; Qahwa takes three at most. A warm office is the wrong place for any of them, and all three smell harsh for the first few weeks after opening.
